We had the pleasure to taste The Rogue Canteen’s Caribbean Jerk Chicken with white rice at The Rogue Valley’s Growers & Farmers Market. It is spot on to The Banana Deck’s freshly cut pineapple salsa on the island of St. John. Thank you for reminding us of those wonderful times and flavors from the Caribbean with such a great dish.
